My name is Melissa. I live in a small town in Northeast Texas. I am a happily married homemaker. I teach 3rd and 4th graders, while my husband teaches 5th, 6th, and 7th graders at the Atlanta Church of Christ. It is my prayer that this site will be useful to other bible class teachers around the world. I believe that teaching our young children and helping them to grow in a wonderful, intimate, loving relationship with God is one of the greatest things we can do. Although parents have the primary responsibility in this, churches, teachers, aunts, uncles, and grandparents are also reponsible. The little souls in my life and yours are watching the grown-ups around them. I pray that this site proves helpful as we strive to teach.

I stubbled across your site b/c I was looking for interesting crafts for the Tower of Babel Story. I’m teaching 4-5 year olds so it’s hard to find quick, inexpensive crafts that they can do with little supervision. I LOVE the glow in the dark bracelet idea!! I do hope you keep blogging!

I would like to translate these ideas and use them on a Romanian blog with resources for Sunday School Teachers. It would be great if I can get permission to do that. God Bless You!
